International Orders
Unfortunately we are unable to process international (anywhere outside of the continental United States) orders through our online web-store. If you would like to place an order you may do so by calling us toll free: 866-764-7278


Shipping
What shipping method do you use?
We ship all of our products via UPS only.

Can you send my order to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box. UPS is our shipping carrier and they only ship to physical locations. If your order is submitted with a P.O. Box as the shipping address we will decline the order.

When will I get my order?
All orders that are placed online will be shipped via regular ground UPS. Depending on your exact location expect for your order to arrive 3-7 business days after your order has been processed. Please be aware that if the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you to let you know how long it will be until we are able to complete your order. We aim to have orders that are placed online complete and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order is placed. Note: If your order is placed Friday-Sunday we will not receive the order until Monday of the following week.

Is there a faster way for me to receive my order?
If you would like to have your order shipped faster than regular ground UPS you can do so by either:

Returns
Can I return something I ordered?
Yes. We do accept returns but please note the following when doing so:

When making your return please make sure that you have the original packing slip. All returns must be authorized by us before sending them. Please call us toll free: 866-764-7278 for an RGA # (returned goods authorization number) that you will need to include when returning your part(s).

Returns for defective goods or wrong part was shipped to you:
You will receive a refund for the full amount, shipping included, if the part was found defective upon receiving
or if the part was not what you originally ordered.

Returns for goods that are non-defective/part not wanted:
You will receive a refund for the amount of the part(s) less a 15% Restock Fee and less shipping (original freight is non-refundable) cost.

How will I get my refund?
Once we receive the part(s) back we will issue the refund in the same method as the original transaction took place. I.E., If you placed your order online using Paypal (our web-store payments are done through Paypal)
your refund will be sent to you through Paypal. You should receive a confirmation e-mail stating that a refund was made from us to your account.

I didn't get my refund, what happened?
If you did not receive your refund please contact us immediately at: 866-764-7278
Note: If you're sending your part(s) back please be aware that we can not process the refund until we receive the part(s). Once this is done we will process the refund and it usually takes 2-3 business days (depending on your bank/credit card company) to clear.
